BILL RICHTER
Bill Richter, founder and CEO of Athletic Investment Management, has enjoyed a professional career in collegiate fundraising spanning over three decades. He has developed the skills necessary to assist college athletes with managing their financial resources and planning for long-term financial security through personalized cutting edge financial platforms.

At AIM, Bill’s primary focus is to develop relationships with collegiate administrators, coaches, athletic personnel and parents of athletes to enable our team of advisors to implement financial platforms to position clients for success.
​
Bill's professional career started in trademark licensing; he then transitioned to the collegiate fundraising world where his teams raised tens of millions through corporate sponsorships and private donations at major universities nationwide. He has extensive experience creating and implementing planning giving and estate planning programs for high net worth clients, specializing in reducing taxation of investment portfolios.

Bill has a Master's degree in Athletic Administration and earned a business management certification from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and obtained a CFP certificate in Financial Planning from Palumbo School of Business at Duquesne University
Additionally, Bill competed as a college athlete in both football and basketball which provided firsthand experience in dealing with the pressures and sacrifices required for successful athletic competition.
MATT ZAGULA
Matt Zagula built his success on a simple principle: using real math instead of guesswork to help people grow and protect their money. His straightforward approach has delivered consistent results for his clients over the years.

His work focuses on two main areas: showing people how to keep more of their money through smart tax planning, and creating net worth focused retirement plans that mitigate costs and maximize value. Matt has developed unique plans to help his clients grow their savings while regulating risk by setting maximum loss parameters while still offering meaningful upside gains when market conditions offer opportunity- something that works well to preserve capital when the economy gets rough.

He's the founder of The Smart Advisor Network, a nationwide group of financial experts who share his commitment to protecting and growing their clients' net worth through both an asset and liability management approach.

As a respected voice in the industry, Matt frequently speaks at major industry events, sharing practical insights about debt management and retirement planning. His approach cuts through complexity to deliver clear, actionable strategies that are easy to understand and make good common sense.
TRACEY SPIKES
Tracey Spikes serves as a Senior Financial Advisor for Client Services at AIM. Over the span of more than three decades, Tracey has built a national reputation as a premier financial advisor and co-founder of The Smart Advisor Network. Tracey's expertise and ability to make complicated planning strategies easier to grasp put clients at ease.
Throughout his career, Tracey has held almost every position one could hold, from being a New Advisor to a Senior Corporate Vice President of a major insurance company. These experiences have provided him with a unique perspective on the financial industry as a whole and motivate him to quickly identify the biggest challenges clients face when planning their wealth, and then present strategies to overcome them.
Tracey also understands firsthand the perspective of a top tier college athlete – he played football at Baylor University.
ROCKY BLEIER
AIM is extremely fortunate to have Rocky Bleier serve as Athlete/Parent/Agent liaison.

From a national championship at Notre Dame to the battlefields of Vietnam to four Super Bowl victories with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Rocky has overcome adversity and kept a positive outlook that has brought success in his personal and professional lives.

Rocky believes in the power of people. He believes in giving back whenever and however we can, and as such, he dedicates a great deal of time and energy to worthwhile community organizations and causes. But aside from his tireless advocacy to veteran’s issues, no cause is greater to him than making certain that today’s athlete invests their resources to secure a solid financial future, and will work with both collegiate and professional athletes within the AIM family on a personal level to assist them do so.
